O Loka jaggery is produced from sugarcane cultivated without chemicals through sustainable organic farming methods. We follow the age-old traditional process of jaggery making by using modernized machinery at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility such that the Jaggery retains its rich Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, anti-oxidants and other essential minerals required for our good health.
Organic Jaggery Granular
Oloka Jaggery granular is produced from organic sugar cane cultivated in our organic certified farms. It can be easily dissolved in a glass of warm water or warm milk.
Specific instructions:
Do not add Jaggery powder to boiling milk. Our Jaggery is rich in Calcium which might lead to curdling of milk.
If you are preparing tea/coffee,
1) Turn off the stove after preparing black tea and adding the milk.
2) Take 2 tablespoons of Jaggery granular in an empty cup
3) Pour the hot tea/coffee/milk to the cup.
4) Stir the tea/coffee/milk. Our jaggery should dissolve in less than half a minute.
