

Manufacturing plant - Organic Jaggery
Our state-of-the art manufacturing facility for Organic Jaggery and Spices is located at Kurtakoti village, Gadag district, Karnataka. The plant capacity is up to 25 TCD sugarcane per day and 2 TCD of spices per day. Equipments & Machineries: 1) Double roll mill crusher - capacity of crushing 45 tons of sugarcane per hour. 2) Wood/Bagasse fueled furnace - Heating capacity up to 1200 deg. centigrade with automated feeders and ID,FD fans. 3) Stainless steel pans - Boiling pan & cooling pans made of food grade stainless steel to rule out any possibility of contamination. 4) Vessels & tanks - All the vessels and trolleys used are built of food grade stainless steel to ensure contamination free process of production. 5) Quality & Inspection: Our quality inspection & monitoring begins at the stage of sowing of raw materials. Our expert team team ensures raw material is harvested at the right time and the quality is monitored until the product is shipped.
